- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I agree. This branch of the bank has the worst tellers. They are rude and not helpful in any way. I have to give a DNA sample to cash a check on my own account. Maybe they should have a class on how to provide excellent customer service. Thankfully I have not had the same situation at the other branches, so far.By A Google User, February 15, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am absolutely appalled at the service and sheer rudeness of the people at this bank. I had a joint account with a family member for a few years and recently got up the gumption to close it and move to Business and Industrial and am MUCH HAPPIER.
